The original A3 Venturi Aerator Injector is designed for aquaculture systems requiring efficient aeration and high dissolved-oxygen levels. Installed on the pump’s water circulation line, it draws in air and breaks it into microbubbles, increasing gas-to-water contact and improving oxygen transfer throughout the pond or tank.
Under suitable operating conditions, the injector can entrain air at up to three times (3x) the pumped water volume. This makes it especially suitable for high-density fish farming, indoor aquaculture, hatcheries, nursery tanks and seedling cultivation.
It is suitable for microalgae cultivation, aquaculture, hydroponics, water treatment, irrigation and industrial mixing applications. In microalgae systems, it can be used to inject CO₂, air, oxygen, nutrients or pH-adjustment solutions into raceway ponds and photobioreactors.
| Model | Water flow | Pressure | Air Flow | Material | Air Inlet |
| A3-L | 6.5MT/h | 0.20Mpa | 19.5m3/h | PVDF | DN25 |
| A3-M | 3.3MT/h | 0.18Mpa | 9.9m3/h | PVDF | DN25 |
| A3-S | 1.3MT/h | 0.15Mpa | 3.9m3/h | PVDF | DN25 |
Key Benefits
- Increases dissolved oxygen: Fine microbubbles provide a larger contact area for faster and more efficient oxygen transfer.
- Supports high-density farming: Helps maintain sufficient oxygen where fish stocking density and oxygen demand are high.
- Improves water circulation: Distributes oxygen more evenly and reduces poorly aerated zones.
- Removes excess carbon dioxide: Strong aeration assists with CO₂ stripping and gas exchange.
- Promotes healthier fish: Stable dissolved oxygen supports respiration, feeding, metabolism and growth.
- Reduces stress and mortality risk: Helps prevent oxygen-related stress, particularly during warm weather or periods of heavy feeding.
- Improves water quality: Better aeration can support beneficial biological activity and reduce stagnant conditions.
- Energy-efficient operation: Uses the existing water-pump flow to draw in and disperse air.
- Low maintenance: A simple design with no separate motor or internal moving components.
